About Me
Hi there! I’m Livia Margulies, a Pilates instructor and holistic nutritionist from the beautiful city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Wellness has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember—my mom was a yoga teacher, and growing up, she taught me so much about mindfulness, meditation, and the importance of balance in life.
As a wife and busy mom of three energetic kids, I know how crazy life can get with school runs, soccer practices, dance recitals, and everything in between. I get it—finding time for yourself can feel impossible. That’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping other busy moms (and anyone with a packed schedule!) discover realistic ways to stay healthy, feel strong, and find a little bit of calm in the chaos.
In my Pilates classes, I focus on connecting breath with movement to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance—whether you're chasing after little ones or juggling a million things at once.
